Terms of service

These general terms apply to enquiries and cleaning services provided by Acleanz. Your final quotation or service agreement may contain additional scope-specific terms.

Quotations and scope

Prices depend on the agreed property, scope, frequency, access, workforce, equipment and schedule. Additional work requires approval and may affect pricing.

Access and site readiness

Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property, disclose relevant hazards and secure valuables or fragile items before work begins.

Scheduling and cancellation

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when changing or cancelling a scheduled service. Contract work is governed by the notice period in the applicable service agreement.

Quality concerns

Report service concerns as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours, so the team can review the issue and agree an appropriate resolution.
