1. Services

Acleanz provides residential and commercial cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Scheduling & Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments. Recurring service payments are processed automatically on the scheduled date.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any area of your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean those areas at no charge. This guarantee applies to all standard cleaning services.

5. Liability

Acleanz is fully insured and bonded. Our cleaners are trained professionals who treat your property with respect. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not properly secured.

6. Access to Property

By booking our services, you grant our team access to your property at the scheduled time. If you will not be present, you are responsible for ensuring our team can access the premises. We are not liable for delays caused by lack of access.

7. Recurring Services

Recurring service plans can be modified or canceled at any time with 7 days notice. Pricing for recurring services is subject to change with 30 days advance notice.
